The basic components of automatic door machines are generally the same. With these components and the door opening signal, a simple automatic door system can be configured. The system configuration of automatic doors refers to the peripheral auxiliary control devices connected to the automatic door controller, such as door opening signal source, access control system, safety device, centralized control, etc., which are equipped according to the use requirements. Auxiliary control devices must be reasonably equipped according to the use characteristics of the building. Through the composition of personnel, the system requirements of building automatic control, etc.
1. Door opening signal
The door opening signal of the automatic door is a contact signal. Microwave radar and infrared sensor are two commonly used signal sources:
Microwave radar is a displacement response to objects, so the response speed is fast. It is suitable for places where people with normal walking speed pass. Its characteristic is that once the people near the door do not want to go out and stand still, the radar will no longer respond, and the automatic door will close, which has a certain protective effect on the door machine.
The infrared sensor responds to the existence of objects. Regardless of whether the person moves or not, as long as it is within the scanning range of the sensor, it will respond and send a contact signal. The disadvantage is that the infrared sensor has a slow response speed and is suitable for places where slow-moving people enter and exit.
2. If the automatic door receives the contact signal for too long, the controller will think that there is an obstacle in the signal input system. Moreover, if the automatic sliding door is kept open for too long, it will also damage the electrical components. Since microwave radar and infrared sensors do not know whether the person approaching the automatic door really wants to enter the door, some occasions prefer to use a key switch.
The key switch can be a contact button, and the more convenient one is the so-called elbow touch switch. The elbow touch switch is very durable, especially it can be operated with the elbow. Avoid hand contact.
There is also a foot switch, which has the same function, but has higher requirements for waterproofing, and the foot pedal is very strong, which can easily make the foot switch ineffective. There is also a handle with a contact switch, which provides a contact signal to the door machine when the handle is pushed (or pulled in the opposite direction) into place.
Today's building automation sometimes has special requirements, such as using a branch line of the telephone to control the door opening. To meet this requirement, just ensure that the signal is a passive contact signal. In some cases, people will ask for antenna remote control. The requirement can be met by connecting a wireless receiver to the automatic door in a contact-type manner and then equipping it with a wireless transmitter. However, there are too many radio wave sources now, which can easily lead to accidental door opening, which is a troublesome problem.
The timer can automatically control the state of the door. The principle is to connect the clock to a specific switch circuit, and the automatic door can be automatically opened or locked at a preset time.
3. Automatic door unlocking
The coordination between the automatic door unlocking action and the door opening action, the electronic locks used for automatic sliding doors have electromagnetic locks with lock belts, electric locks with lock door body hanging parts, and three types of lock motors. The latter is used for heavy-duty automatic sliding doors. The electronic locks for automatic swing doors have electromagnetic door suction, electronic latch locks and electronic door openers. The direction of the force of the electronic door opening does not affect the opening action of the door, and it is not easy to cause misoperation. There is also a mechanical lock with a contact switch, which combines the lock with the switch. If the lock is not in the unlocked state, the contacts cannot be in contact, and misoperation is impossible.
4. Centralized control
The concept of centralized control includes two meanings: centralized monitoring of the operating status of automatic doors and centralized operation of multiple automatic doors. Centralized monitoring of the opening and closing status of automatic doors can be achieved through the position signal output circuit. A contact switch can be used. When the door reaches a certain position (such as the open position), the switch is triggered to give a contact signal. An inductive signal generator can also be used. When the sensor detects that the door is in a certain position, a signal is sent. The corresponding indicator light is set in the central control room to display the status of the automatic door. Centralized operation usually refers to opening or locking multiple doors at the same time, which depends on whether there are corresponding wiring terminals on the automatic door controller.
